Our Values


The Mark Wright Project seeks to engender, respect for people of all faiths while maintaining the highest standards of dignity, respect and hospitality among all people regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or diversity.

• Respect and choice: to pay full regard to service users individuality and right to privacy, and to his/her wishes at any time; to encourage and support their recovery, wellbeing and welfare

• Personal, emotional and social development: to promote the social, emotional and spiritual confidence and self-awareness

• Inclusiveness: to avoid discrimination on any grounds; to offer facilities and services to as wide a range of people as resources allow and to ensure that their views are truly represented

• Human Rights: to support and promote social justice: the social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing rights of service users; to improve physical, social and emotional health and wellbeing and relieve hardship, and ensuring free, informed and meaningful participation of service users in the development of the organisation and its services
