Combat Stress
The Ex-Service Mental Welfare Society, Combat Stress cares for ex-members of the Armed Forces who have psychiatric disabilities. The Society provides a community outreach welfare support team for Scotland through their treatment centre at Hollybush House, near Ayr.

Parcel4troops
The scheme was set up a few years ago by an ex-RCT (Royal Corps of Transport) squaddie, to help a couple of his work colleagues who were in the Territorial Army and deployed to Iraq on active service. The parcels were received extremely well and the word spread, many more parcels were sent out to the unit
