Alight at Eskbank Toll (Eskbank main roundabout - Justinlees Restaurant) and the Centre is just 5 minutes walk along Dalhousie Road. If you have mobility difficulties, then please call the Centre and a member of our staff will pick you up at Eskbank Toll.
Opening Times:
The Centre will be open Monday to Saturday 10 am until 6pm.
However, we are hoping that as the Centre becomes more established we will be able to extend our opening hours to 10am until 9pm, 7 days a week (watch this space!).
Social/Lounge Area

This is a ‘home from home’, laid back, informal space, where you can relax and meet up and chat with others, have a cup of tea, watch TV, read a book, ‘surf the net’, and generally chill out.
Gym Area
We have a small well equipped physical activity space with a range of gym equipment to work out, to help you get fit and generally feel healthy and well.

Information, Advice and Support
We provide ‘hands on’ support to help you access a wide range of information and services offered by other specialised organisations on a wide range of issues, such as welfare, money matters and financial assistance, education and training. Additionally information and advice is available on how to access support for a range of health and wellbeing issues, such as anger management, alcohol, drugs, depression, stress and anxiety.
Confidence Building Workshops & Groups 
We are hoping to develop workshops and groups that will be designed around a specially created programme to help build confidence and self-esteem to help ex-servicemen and women make positive choices about their future
Counselling Services: Addressing Combat Stress/Trauma issues
The Centre provides access to independent professional counselling and psychotherapy services and therapists who offer ‘one to one’ counselling and support. We also provide support to help you access other specialist organisations that provide mental health services.

Organised Adventure Breaks
One of the Centre’s long-term aims is to offeradventure breaks and activities working with established and specialised organisations who provide a wide and varied range of quality adventure break packages, such as quad biking, white water rafting, canyoning & gorge walking, clay pigeon shooting, off road driving, paintballing, archery and mountain biking.
