To improve physical, mental, emotional and social health and well-being of ex-servicemen and women, and their families, supporting them to achieve their potential, and ensuring that they have the confidence and capacity to become active members and contributors in their local communities and civil society.

To work with, and for ex-servicemen and women, and their families actively engaging them in decisions that affect their lives with due regard to respect and choice, to develop social, mental and emotional confidence, that empowers them to make informed choices about all aspects of their lives, creating positive healthy futures.
Mission
To deliver co-ordinated, holistic and person–centred support and advice to ex-servicemen and women, and their families assisting them in making effective transitions into community and civilian life, and in addressing the physical, psychological and emotional wounds of war.
